Whether you are someone that is brand new to exercise, an elite athlete or someone in between, I have an approach to suit each individual because I appreciate that everyones goals and fitness levels are unique.
From within my Private Gym in Southampton, I cater for every requirement to support you to get most from your workouts and take your results to a whole new level.
I am continually developing and implementing creative fitness methods to keep my clients motivated. I have also developed a relaxed and personable approach to the service my clients receive.
I started training with Anna last year. I’m quite active go walking daily with my dogs. So I decided I just needed some toning up (I’m 47 years old). Well Anna showed me that I wasnt as fit as I thought. Anna started me off slowly and has increased intensity as we go along. I’m so much stronger now and do exercises that I never thought I would be able to. Anna changes routines regularly which keeps it fun and it never gets boring. Anna encourages you all the way, and I always look forward to my secession with her which sets me up for the day. If you are thinking about starting training Anna is the woman to go to, whatever level of fitness you are she will help you improve, and make it fun.
I started training with Anna 6 weeks after my 2nd Child was born as I had gained 3 stone in weight at the end of my pregnancy and wanted to loose the excess weight. I wanted to tone up and loose fat. She asked me my goals and what areas I wanted to target and we started slowly 3 times a week for an hours session. It felt good to be exercising again and Anna is very encouraging at every stage. I got results fast and feel much better about myself even 2 years later. Anna has always maintained a good work ethic and is friendly and fun to train with. I look forward to my sessions with her as I know hou much better I feel afterwards. Anna helped me to loose 1.5 stone in less than 6 months and has now helped me regain my pre baby weight. She advised me with diet and of course the exercises. She keeps it fun by changing the exercise program often and is always happy and bubbly at a workout session. I would highly recommend Anna and have done to a lot of friends and family. She has a client in me for as long as she is still training. Thanks Anna for your help.
Working with Anna on my fitness has been great. In a short space of time I have noticed an increase in my energy levels and overall fitness.
Anna is always enthusiastic & encouraging. When you think you can’t do anymore Anna is there to help you push that little bit more. You will work hard but I always leave feeling amazing and looking forward to the next session.
