Pre and post natal

If you are a mum to be, then congratulations this is a very exciting time for you and your family.

Pre Natal – My Pre Natal exercises can help to offset the common complaints of pregnancy, keep you toned, fit and healthy. Please Note: A letter from your midwife is needed, confirming that it is safe for you to exercise during your pregnancy.

Post Natal– Once you have been given permission to exercise from your midwife (normally after your 6 week check), then we can design an effective programme specific to you. We can target the tummy area, improve muscle tone and posture and give you that energy boost you need as a new mum.
